Toasty Spiced Coffee

With coffee steep:

  • 3.25 oz. Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1.6 oz. Ginger (ground)
  • 1 oz. Nutmeg (ground)
  • 1 oz. Allspice (ground)
  • .15 oz. Clove (ground)

Brew a batch of coffee concentrate from the Toddy® Cold Brew System - Commercial Model according to the directions using 5 lbs. of coffee and the above spices. Steep 12-16 hours.

To serve combine:

  • 3 oz. Spiced Cold Brewed Coffee
  • 3 pumps (3/4 oz.) Vanilla Syrup
  • 8 oz. Hot Water or Steamed Milk
  • Dust with Cinnamon

Spiced coffee also makes a great seasonal twist to your Frappes.
